Founded in 1982, Silogos Skalohoriton has been the heart of our diaspora community for over four decades. Our club was established by the first generation of immigrants from the picturesque village of Skalohori, nestled in the beautiful Greek island of Lesvos.
Today, we continue their vision of keeping our cultural heritage alive, connecting new generations with the traditions, language, and warmth of Greek village life. From traditional dance to authentic Greek feasts and cultural gatherings, we celebrate what makes our community unique.

Skalohori, Lesvos
Skalohori is a charming village located in the western part of Lesvos, the third-largest Greek island in the Aegean Sea. Known for its natural beauty, olive groves, and warm hospitality, our village has been home to generations of families.
Located on the western part of the island & near the villages of Eressos & Antissa, the Petrified Forest in Sigri is a 20-million-year-old UNESCO Global Geopark containing thousands of standing and fallen fossilised trees created by volcanic activity during the Miocene era.
The island of Lesvos is famous for its rich history, stunning beaches, and as the birthplace of the ancient poet Sappho. It remains a place of pilgrimage for many of our members who return to reconnect with their roots.
